Adult Therapy

Adult Sessions are 60 mins.

Eileen works with adults on a one to one basis. Adulthood is a continuous journey of both change and development. At times we can get stuck on this journey as life changes merge into our world.
Adult therapy is about finding the space to navigate these changes and gain understanding of your adult self and the possible changes you may need to make for you.

Adult Therapy is a space to for you to learn, reflect and create the direction you need for your adult self. The therapeutic space is a place to feel safe to share your sense of self, your hopes and ,at times, your biggest fears. It is designed to hold you in that process so you can learn more about your skills, your competencies and the value system you want in your life.

There is no greater learning than that gleaned from life itself, and I have journeyed through many personal experiences and challenges, bringing me deeper into my own inner self, healing many aspects of myself, and  and this journey and it’s learning has led me to great personal happiness.

About working with me…
Biodynamic Psychotherapy is a humanistic discipline and focuses on the interaction between mind and body. The aim of my work is to help the person restore their natural capacity for self-
regulation which is the power to express, digest and resolve the consequences of stressful experiences. I see each person as unique and choose the therapy best suited to the person’s needs,
working with a wide range of issues including: Difficulties with relationships and communication, stress, bereavement, anger and fear, shame, perfectionism and anxiety,
loneliness, lack of direction and life purpose. My approach is welcoming, non-judgmental, compassionate and kind. I am very passionate about my work, and working with my clients brings me immense joy as I know that they hold such great ability to bring about powerful change to their lives, just as I have done. I always say to people ‘never underestimate the power of talking with someone who truly listens’, Psychotherapy can be challenging, yet a fascinating way of getting to know yourself at a very
deep level. It would be my honor to accompany you on your journey of self -realization and personal transformation, and I look forward to the rewarding path that lies ahead for your
new future.

Do not follow where the path may lead,
Go instead where there is no path,
And leave a trail.
