As a dedicated and empathic adult & adolescent psychotherapist, my passion is helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find their path to mental and emotional well-being. I specialise in anxiety, depression, low mood, self-esteem, life transitions, grief and Loss, bullying, suicide ideation and self harm. I also work in embodied psychotherapy where I focus on the mind-body connection, this can include movement therapy, breathwork and mindfulness practices to help clients connect with their physical sensations and emotions.
